Right wing doublethink
Good column about the fright wing's attempts to discredit the New Deal. Down the memory hole it goes. A perfect example of Orwell's slogan "He who controls the past, controls the present".
Like the character from Orwell's book, I feel I must write to spite our modern Big Brother era of dumbed down, conspicuous consumption driven masses and the government that has lashed the wheel of our cultural ship to this course.
